Welcome to Lavri! This Terms of Service Agreement governs your access to and use of the Lavri handcraft collage inspiration workshop mobile application. By downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using our application, you confirm that you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Lavri service.
1. Service Overview
Lavri is a creative handcraft collage making platform that provides users with a library of pre-designed aesthetic templates, including sweet, vintage and fresh style scrapbook collage layouts. Our service allows users to upload personal materials such as stickers, tapes, tickets, daily photos, adjust element placement freely, add text notes, create exclusive scrapbook collage pages, and export works in high-definition quality for personal use only. We reserve the right to modify, update or optimize application functions at any time without prior individual notice.
2. User Account Rules
- Users may use part of the service without account registration; full feature access may require you to create a valid personal account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- You agree not to share, rent, sell or transfer your account to any third party without official written permission.
- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this service, or obtain consent from legal guardians.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts with abnormal usage or violation of this agreement.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
- You may use Lavri only for personal, non-commercial creative creation purposes.
- You shall not use the service to upload, publish or transmit illegal, infringing, obscene, harmful, harassing or offensive content.
- You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, hack or interfere with the normal operation of our application and server system.
- You may not copy, distribute, resell or commercially utilize our template resources without authorization.
- You agree not to use the service for any activity that violates applicable local, national or international laws and regulations.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property Rights
- All original uploaded materials and final handcraft works created by you remain your personal ownership.
- By uploading content to Lavri, you grant us limited license only to process, render and store your content for the purpose of providing you with our service.
- All built-in templates, design elements, application text, graphics and software of Lavri are protected by intellectual property laws, and all rights are reserved by the platform.
- You warrant that all materials you upload do not infringe the copyright, portrait right, privacy right or other legal rights of any third party. You shall bear full responsibility for all uploaded user content.
5. Paid Features and Payment Terms
- Lavri may offer optional premium paid subscriptions or advanced feature purchases to unlock exclusive templates, no-watermark export, high resolution output and other advanced privileges.
- All paid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
- Subscription services will be automatically renewed unless you cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
- We reserve the right to adjust service pricing, with reasonable prior notice to users for price changes that will affect existing subscribers.
6. Service Modification and Termination
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Lavri service temporarily or permanently at any time.
- We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate this Terms of Service, cause legal risks, or bring harm to the platform or other users.
- Upon service termination, you may lose access to your account and saved creative works. We do not guarantee permanent storage of user data.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
The Lavri service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure or fully meet all your requirements. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use this application, including but not limited to data loss, device failure or business losses caused by service suspension, system maintenance or third party actions.
8. Dispute Resolution
This agreement and your use of Lavri shall be governed by the applicable laws of your residing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these terms, users and the platform shall first attempt friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through the local competent judicial court.
9. Agreement Updates
Lavri reserves the right to update and revise this Terms of Service at any time for service optimization or legal compliance reasons. When changes are made, we will publish the updated version inside the application with the revised effective date. Your continued use of the service after updates are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is recommended that you review this agreement periodically.
